Earlier in my career at the World Bank, spent eight years advising regulators and central banks from 30+ countries on banking, capital markets, and payment systems. Published reports on systemic risk, shadow banking, and bank deleveraging, presented at Financial Stability Board and G20 meetings, and designed frameworks to monitor contagion and liquidity transmission across markets.
